Sourcing, procurement and market-access activities depend on information and performance from suppliers and other third parties. Supplier availability, quotations, minimum order quantities, specifications, samples, production schedules, shipping estimates and other commercial information may change and remain subject to confirmation.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, NINADELUXE does not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, regulatory compliance, customs clearance, delivery dates, pricing, savings, commercial success or any particular sourcing or procurement outcome.

An engagement may involve independent manufacturers, suppliers, laboratories, inspection companies, freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics providers, payment providers, consultants or other third parties. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, those third parties are independent from NINADELUXE, and NINADELUXE is not responsible for their acts, omissions or performance.
Any third-party inspection, testing, certification, freight, customs or regulatory service should be identified and agreed as part of the applicable engagement when required.

The identification, introduction or discussion of a manufacturer, supplier, product or commercial opportunity does not by itself constitute a guarantee, certification or endorsement by NINADELUXE. Clients should make purchasing decisions based on the level of due diligence, testing, inspection and contractual protection appropriate to their transaction.
