China Trade Mission 2026 • October–November
NINADELUXE will be on the ground in China during the October–November 2026 trade season, with sourcing activity across Guangzhou and Shanghai aligned with the Canton Fair and China International Import Expo (CIIE).
Businesses with active sourcing or procurement requirements can engage NINADELUXE to research products and suppliers, compare quotations and commercial terms, conduct supplier discussions, coordinate samples, and pursue showroom or factory engagement where appropriate.
Submit your requirement before the mission so we can determine the appropriate scope and whether it can be incorporated into our China sourcing agenda.

Effective sourcing starts with a defined commercial requirement. What product do you need? What specifications, materials or finishes matter? What quantity is commercially workable? What customization is required? Where will the product ultimately be delivered?
We use that brief to focus supplier research and discussions and bring back comparable information that can support your purchasing decision.
Actual services depend on a separate engagement agreement. Submitting a requirement does not guarantee a supplier meeting or a place on the mission agenda.
Research relevant products and potential suppliers against your specifications, target quantity, intended market and purchasing priorities.
Gather and compare available quotations, minimum order quantities, specifications, lead times and commercial terms on a consistent basis.
Raise your commercial and technical questions directly with relevant suppliers and document the information needed to evaluate each opportunity.
Where appropriate and available, arrange showroom or factory engagement to review products, discuss specifications and better understand the supplier's capabilities.
Coordinate agreed sample requests and supplier follow-up on availability, costs and timing.
Bring supplier findings, quotations, specifications and outstanding questions into a structured comparison to support the next procurement decision.
The mission’s focus includes building materials and finishes, hospitality procurement, furniture and interiors, beauty and personal care, packaging, and private-label or custom manufacturing opportunities.
Other requirements can be reviewed individually.
1
Include the product, specifications, target quantity, destination and timeframe. Add reference links, images or drawings where available.
2
We review the requirement with you and discuss whether it fits the mission’s activity, timing and available opportunities.
3
For accepted projects, we agree the scope of work, deliverables, fees, timing and any project-specific expenses before sourcing begins.
4
After the agreed sourcing activity, we organize the available supplier information, quotations, samples and outstanding questions for review and discuss the appropriate next procurement step.
NINADELUXE is accepting a limited number of client sourcing mandates for the October–November 2026 China trade season. Requirements are reviewed based on category, scope, timing and the availability of relevant sourcing opportunities.
Priority pre-mission submission deadline: October 12, 2026.
Treat October 12 as a priority pre-mission deadline, not an absolute claim that every later suitable inquiry will be rejected.
NINADELUXE is also open to discussions with manufacturers, brands and commercial partners exploring opportunities connected to the United States and West African markets. Relevant conversations may include distribution opportunities, buyer research, market intelligence and potential trade representation, subject to separate evaluation and agreement.
Send your sourcing requirements for consideration during the 2026 China trade season. If you need help defining the brief, start with a consultation.
